Services

We provide factory-authorized appliance service across the Texas Panhandle — Pampa, Amarillo, Borger, and the towns in between — for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.

Whirlpool

Factory authorized for Whirlpool and all brands under the Whirlpool name — KitchenAid, Amana, Maytag, and JennAir. We handle both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs. Text us at 806-665-0100 to schedule, or set up service through Whirlpool directly.

D&G extended warranty: If you’re covered by Domestic & General (D&G), contact Whirlpool directly to schedule — we’re an approved D&G provider for these brands.

GE

Factory authorized for the full GE family — GE, Hotpoint, and Haier — for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs. Text us at 806-665-0100 to schedule, or set up service through GE directly.

Samsung (in-warranty only)

Factory authorized for Samsung in-warranty repairs only. Schedule service through Samsung and request SamsSon Repair, or text us at 806-665-0100 and we’ll help you walk through it.

Speed Queen

Factory authorized for Speed Queen laundry appliances, both in-warranty and out-of-warranty. Text us at 806-665-0100 to schedule.

Out-of-Warranty Support

If your appliance is outside its factory warranty period, we’ll find the most cost-effective fix. Most major brands welcome — see “Before you book” below for the few exceptions.

American Home Shield warranty customers welcome. We’re an approved provider — when you file an AHS claim, request SamsSon Repair.

Our work warranty

Parts are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Labor on the original repair is covered for 30 days from the date the work is completed. If something we fixed isn’t working right within that window, text us at 806-665-0100 and we’ll come take another look.

Before you book

A few things we are not able to service:

  • Sealed refrigeration systems (no-cool issues)
  • Some Kenmore models (manufacturer varies by year and line — text us your model number and we’ll confirm)

When the Part Doesn’t Exist

Some small plastic parts — like start buttons — get discontinued and become impossible to source. When that happens we’ll 3D-print a replacement and finish the repair. Two cases we see regularly:

Whirlpool Cabrio Start Button

Older Whirlpool Cabrio and Maytag Bravos washers and dryers are known for their start buttons failing. We’ve designed and 3D-print a replacement that brings them back to life.

GE CleanSpeak Replacement Buttons

A range of GE CleanSpeak washers and dryers are known for button failures — start button and others. We’ve designed and 3D-print replacements for them all. Text us the model number and which button has failed, and we’ll confirm we can help.
